These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and betlah ("betlah", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the betlah website located at betlah.asia and all associated services, games, products, and features (collectively, the "Services").
By completing the betlah registration process, by clicking any acceptance button, by accessing the betlah login page and signing into your account, or by otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the betlah Services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. betlah makes no representation that the Services are appropriate for use, or available, in all locations. Members who access the Services from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
2.3 Single Account. Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the betlah platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and recovery action for any bonuses utilised across duplicate accounts.
3.1 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the betlah registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. betlah reserves the right to suspend accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betlah login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. betlah shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. 3.4 Verification. betlah may require identity verification ("KYC") at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or in response to regulatory requirements. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. betlah accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods where available to Malaysian Members: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank internet banking, and approved cryptocurrency channels. betlah reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via Malaysian e-wallets (Touch n Go eWallet and Boost) generally reflect in a Member's betlah balance within seconds of authorisation. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the Member's financial institution and time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the betlah account. betlah reserves the right to apply reasonable processing timeframes and to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal. betlah shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on betlah are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise expressly stated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Member.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to betlah's applicable betting rules for the relevant product (Sportsbook, betlah Casino, Slots, or other). betlah reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving system errors, manifest pricing errors, or suspicious wagering patterns.
5.2 Odds and Prices. Odds and prices displayed on the betlah Sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed and accepted. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the time the bet slip was initiated.
5.3 Settlement. betlah will settle all bets in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as reported by the recognised governing body of that sport or game. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, betlah's decision shall be final, subject to any escalation procedure available under these Terms.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betlah products and may vary by game type, market, and account status. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant product interface.
6.1 Eligibility. All betlah bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms and wagering requirements as set out in the applicable promotion documentation. General eligibility requires a fully verified betlah account in good standing.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. betlah will specify the applicable multiplier and qualifying games for each promotion. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk or arbitrage wagering patterns may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
6.3 Abuse. betlah reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive means. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

All content on the betlah platform, including but not limited to the betlah brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and game assets, is the intellectual property of betlah or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Member is granted any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any betlah intellectual property without betlah's express prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betlah, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 betlah's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to betlah in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 betlah does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and events beyond betlah's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability for which betlah shall not be held liable.

Upon account closure, betlah will process any remaining withdrawable balance (after deduction of any amounts owed to betlah) to the Member's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
betlah reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the betlah website with an updated effective date. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which betlah holds its gaming licence.
